Subscriber endpoint not being notified.

Hello and thanks for reading.

 

We recently changed our subscriber endpoints for our production and test systems.  They are successfully validated but there has been zero notifications.  If I click on stats there are no notifications in the list.  

 

I can register from our app and the subscriber registration is successful however our web hook is never hit and there are no stats.

 

Any idea on this one?
