Hi Fitbit support team,
My team notice that our subscriber endpoint is disabled.
We have been using this the subscriber endpoint for > 6 mth and its affecting our customer steps and health activity
Need you advice on below:
1. What is the reason why Fitbit disabled our endpoint.
2. Resolution to resolve this issue
OAuth 2.0 Client ID:[Redacted]
TQ

Hi @g.siang,
Looks like you sent a support case as well, and provided you with a response.
Your server appears to be returning 503s instead of 204s, which caused your subscriber to be disabled. For more information, refer to our documentation for how to respond to notifications.
See Disabled Subscribers for steps to re-enabling your subscriber url.
On a side note, I redacted your Client ID. Please try not to share your Client ID publicly in the future unless through a secure channel.
