Subscription Updates with date of 12/31/2008

Hello,

We keep getting activity subscription updates for various users with a date of 12/31/2008.  When our system tries to retreive the user's activity for 12/31/2008 as a result of the subscription update, we get an 'Object reference not set to an instance of an object' exception (using the .Net FitBit client).  If the date is 1/1/2009 or later then there is no problem.

I am guessing there is a limit of how far back activity can be retreived for (either in the FitBit API or in the .Net FitBit client).  We have no need to retreive data from this far back, so this limitation is not an issue.  My question is why are subscription updates being generated for these users with a date of 12/31/2008?  I have checked a few of these users and confirmed that the values for ActivityTrackerFirstDay and MemberSince are BOTH much more recent than 12/31/2008.
