Subscription endpoint for profile changes (name, avatar)

I use Fitbit subscriptions for getting notification about when new data is available.

But I was wondering, is there a subscription endpoint for monitoring changes in the users profile, ie. when they update their photo or change their name ?

Currently, the docs lists "activities, foods, sleep, body" but I guess none of these will send a notification when a users changes his profile picture ?

I just dont want to "poll" the Fitbit servers, just to get data back that is similar (no changed profile).

We do not send push notifications for user profile update.

The user personal data is not something that changes frequently.
