Subscription verification fails

I have exhausted every means on getting our endpoint verified. (https://www.oursamplesite.com/Fitbit/SubscriptionData)

  • TLS cert is installed properly
  • returning the proper codes of 204 and 404
  • verification code is correct on our end

Any help is much appreciated, as I have read through all of the other forums on here regarding this topic.
