Yesterday (7/17/2019) at 2:14:29 PM EST we stopped receiving notifications. We checked our subscribers and they were not disabled so we assumed an outage was occuring. We checked the status page and it said no incidents reported. At 10 PM we checked the dev portal again and our subscribers were disabled. We received no email stating they were disabled. We had no issues on our end that were aware of. Can someone look in the logs and tell us if we were returning something other than 204s?
