We have developed a third party app and our newer users are experiencing issues pairing their Flex 2 devices. They are unable to do so, but older users are able to pair their Flex 2 devices just fine.
We are trying to decipher if this is an API or Fitbit problem.
Issue:
1. User is prompted to set a 4 digit PIN.
2. Prompted to select a fitness data provider (Apple Health or FitBit)
3. User logs in with FitBit login.
4. Error message from FitBit: "Sorry... It's not you. It's us. We're experiencing an internal server problem. Please try again later or contact support."

Thank you for posting your message. I'm trying to understand where in the flow that this error is occurring. For the people who are getting the error message, do they have their Flex 2 already paired to their Fitbit.com account? Is the error message occurring when they are trying to authorize your application to access their Fitbit data?
