Time Active Graph errors loading file

Since midday yesterday (11/20/2018), I receive an 'Error loading file' message when trying to show the Time Active graph for members of our work fitness Fitbit group.  I have tried several different browsers and on several different computers but get the same result.  The specifics of the message are:

 

                          Error loading file:

/graph/getGraphData?userid=3S86P4&type=minutesActive&perios=1m&dat

       aVersion=12&version=amchart&dateTo=2018-11-

    21&tx=1542804783808&linkEnabled=false&chart_type=line

 

As the administrator of a workgroup challenge, I have been monitoring group members Time Active Graphs for the last several years without issue.
