Track multi Fitbit devices

Hello,

We plan to build a web app (Online dashboard) to track students activities with Fitbit Ace with some features like teams challenge and the top team that has the highest steps or calories.

We need to know if it's possible to build this web app and connect it to 100+ Fitbit Ace and track each student activities, so.

1) Is it possible to connect 100+ Fitbit Ace with one device (Mobile, iPad or Laptop) and one account then we track all students data using API? since we don't need kids to have mobile phones and we plan to manage their bands through teachers using one device. 

2) Is there a limitation to the Fitbit API calls since we need to connect more than 100 Fitbit Ace?

3) What is the best solution for our idea to track multi Fitbit devices using API?

Unfortunately (at this time), data collected on the Fitbit Ace is not available through the Web APIs.

The children's data collected on the Fitbit Ace is still not available through the Web APIs.
