Could you be logged into a different account? This is the first report of this issue we've seen and I could not reproduce it with my colleagues.

I am sure it something I did inadvertently but I am stuck ...
Is it possible I could giveyou the consumer key or something offline and you could tell me the username of the account that the app is attached to?
