Using OAuth 1.0a and Oauth 2.0 in same Fitbit app.

We would like to upgrade the OAuth 1.0a creds of just 1000 of our users this week to OAuth 2.0 creds, and then the rest next week.  Will our Fitbit app in our developer account (with one Fitbit callback URL and one subscription endpoint) support a mix of 1.0a and 2.0 users on Fitbit's end?  Or do we have to upgrade all users at once?

 

We wrote the interface on our side (including the callback URL and subscription endpoint) to support both (and will remove the 1.0a stuff after everyone is upgraded).
