Hey buddies. I'm working on a final year project My professor asked me to make a web app in which I have to make parental control access to the childs mobiles. For which I need to make some APIs and then connect them. I don't have much knowledge in web apps creation or APIs. Kindly suggest me a book to follow or anything that may be helpful. Core field is asp.net suggest somepone who can guide me. you can contact me directly or reply here.

The Fitbit Developer Guide, https://dev.fitbit.com/build/reference/web-api/developer-guide/getting-started/, contains a lot of information about how to use the Web APIs to obtain user data through proper consent.  Also, there are code samples listed/. 

The only problem you're going to have is accessing child data.   It is not technically possible to query the child data through a family account using the Web APIs.   The Fitbit Web APIs will allow you to pull data for 13yo and older with a supported Fitbit device.
