Webhook Access Request for Production App - CelestiOS (Client ID: 23V9FY)

Hi Fitbit Team,

I'm launching CelestiOS, an AI productivity app that helps prevent burnout using Fitbit health data combined with calendar analysis.

APP DETAILS:
- Client ID: 23V9FY
- Website: https://celesti.life

REQUEST:
I'm requesting webhook access for real-time health data updates (activity, sleep, heart rate).

USE CASE:
We detect real-time changes in user recovery/stress (HRV drops, activity spikes) and provide adaptive work schedule recommendations throughout the day to prevent burnout.

Example: User's HRV drops at 2 PM (stress spike detected) → System recommends taking a break before next meeting.

Webhooks are more efficient than polling and provide better user experience with instant updates.

WEBHOOK SUBSCRIPTIONS NEEDED:
- activities (for activity and heart rate updates)
- sleep (for sleep data updates)

Webhook endpoint: https://celestios-backend-application.onrender.com/webhooks/fitbit

COMPLIANCE:
✓ Privacy policy: https://celesti.life/privacy
✓ Terms: https://celesti.life/terms
✓ Read-only access only
✓ No data sharing or advertising
✓ GDPR/CCPA compliant

TECHNICAL:
- OAuth properly implemented
- Token refresh handling in place
- Webhook signature verification ready
- Backend: https://celestios-backend-application.onrender.com

Can someone from the Fitbit API team help with webhook access approval?

Happy to provide demo access or additional documentation.

Thanks!
Jaya

Hi @JayaMedathati

Typically, webhook support doesn't require access approval.  Can you explain what you are doing and where it states you need approval?
