Weight from Aira 2 not correctly updating via API call - stuck on original weight when API set up

Basic user here - please forgive me. 

I've followed instructions to create a developer account on here to connect to my Fitbit account and pull my weight and body fat % on a daily basis via Home Assistant and populate a Google Sheet.

It all worked fine when I first set up - HA is showing my weight, BMI, body fat % and Aria 2 scale battery %. But when I weighed myself the next day my body fat % correctly updated to show the new value but my weight is still pulling the value from day 1.

Here's the thing - my Fitbit account is showing the correct weight. It is getting the data from the Aria 2 scales and showing via my Fitbit app. Nearly 2 weeks have passed and in HA my body fat % is changing as it should, but my weight it still showing the value from day 1. In HA I've got it to reload the API but the weight value it is successfully pulling is my weight from day 1, even though my weight in my Fitbit app is constantly updating each time I weight myself.

So, no errors and the API pull shows a success and for my body fat % it is, but my weight data is not current - it is still the value when I set up the API access.

Any ideas?
