api call yields no data for one user

We have numerous users on our site, but for some reason, one user's data is not coming through the API.  All other users are fine, and this user's steps were coming through fine.  We asked him to disconnect hsi app and reconnect it.  This did not resolve the issue.  Any thoughts on what is causing this issue?
