apigee api explorer doesn't work anymore?

https://apigee.com/me3/embed/console/fitbit is now saying this when I try to go to oauth 2:

The app you're trying to connect did not provide valid information to Fitbit. Please report this issue to them.

Developer information: invalid_request - Application with auto-authorize feature is required to pass state parameter OR use prompt=consent parameter.

Hello,

Within the API Baas terminology, an organization can host one or more applications within it. Also, an application is nothing but a specific set of the environment which stores the application data which is associated with the app.
