Did you mean:

daily total steps(distance) is not matched with the sum of steps(distance) through the day.

Hi, I have trouble using my data from fitbit charge 5.

I downloaded my daily steps data per minute from fitbit dev (dev.fitbit.com) with a code as follows:

but I found that a sum of steps through the day (all values in "activities-steps-intraday") is not matched with the daily total value (in "activities-steps").

This daily total value is the same as shown on the web (fitbit.com/acitivies).

This result sometimes happens and distance also shows the same errors.

Which value (sum of all or total value) is my daily steps calculated correctly? and why this result happens?

Thanks for your reply.

I received your mail and tried to reply, I got the following message:

Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups:

Fitbit Community (community@mail.fitbit.com)
The recipient's mailbox is full and can't accept messages now. Please try resending your message later, or contact the recipient directly.

I tried again, but the same issue occurred.

Can you let me know what I should do?

Thanks.
