Hi,
how can I extract time series steps data in finer resolution, during the day in question? I get only a total step count.
Regards, Zdravko

There is a Intraday Time Series that is available but requires access.

Hi Dan,
Both these links require passwords now. I'm looking to extract granular HR data for no more than one hour for a video piece we're doing at Vocativ - I emailed API Support yesterday to request partner API access. Would love to know what I might be missing, we're on something of a tight deadline.
Thanks,
Markham

Hi @markhamnolan, welcome! Our documentation has moved to: https://dev.fitbit.com/docs/
I believe this might be specifically what you're looking for: https://dev.fitbit.com/docs/heart-rate/
Currently, our API Support team is a little backed up with requests. Please be patient! They'll get to you as soon as they can. If you feel that you may have missed something when requesting access, you can check out this thread here for more information.

Hi all,
I would like to use Fitbit 2 for research purposes to gather accurate information about sleep pattern and activity and I wonder whether anyone managed to access time-series data.
Thanks 🙂

HI @Simona23
It is possible to pull sleep data for a user by building an application with the Web APIs. Here's a link to the documentation: https://dev.fitbit.com/build/reference/web-api/sleep/. Are there any specific questions you have regarding this topic?
Best,
Gordon
