getting HTTP 530 errors from accesstoken endpoint

we are seeing consistent 530 errors this week from the access token endpoint :

https://api.fitbit.com/oauth2/token

 

we haven't changed our requests any and can verify that we are passing the proper headers and params. 

 

Is there an known issue with this endpoint or a change that we are unaware of?
