We are a start-up developing a new fitness app and have applied for access to the intraday data. Our request has been denied because, according to fitbit support, we do not comply with the Fitbit Platform Terms of Service. Having read the Terms of Service, It's unclear to me how our application violates any of these terms. How can we get some more feedback on the terms our application violates?
