Did you mean:

isMainSleep property of Sleep measures

ANSWERED

Hello Fitbit community!Robot Happy

Now I try to map Withings sleep data with Fitbit.

Withings have no "isMainSleep" property. Only start/end date property.

So I want to identify main Withings sleep by time duration.

My question is:

When Fitbit marks sleep period as "MainSleep"? Is it calculated relatively sleep duration?

Any help appreciated!Man Very Happy

@LGFox: People may have multiple sleep sessions in a day. Fitbit attempts to identify a person's primary session (typically a night of rest) as "main sleep" to help applications disambiguate it from naps.

When logging, you only provide date, start time, and duration. Fitbit then determines if it is a person's primary sleep session. See https://wiki.fitbit.com/display/API/API-Log-Sleep for more information.

Nice to see you again @LGFox!  The Main Sleep is the sleep duration. You can take a look and check our sleep article
