minutesAsleep in sleep time series with multiple sleep sessions in one day.

My Fitbit logged two 4ish hour sleep sessions today but the sleep/minutesAsleep time series API is only returning the value for the last one instead of adding both up. If I use the single sleep retrieval API it has all the information. Is this how it is supposed to work?

I am also facing the same issue. Is there any way to get total mminutesAsleep for particular day in  time series API.
