request timeout while adding subscription

I am getting timeout from fitbit api while adding new subscription using following endpoint:

POST https://api.fitbit.com/1.2/user/-/activities/apiSubscriptions/{value}.json

The timeout was detected by our api client after 45sec.

This issue is seen after I have updated the fitbit subscription endpoint. The subscription endpoint is properly verified and our server is successfully receiving the notification from the fitbit on the updated endpoint.
