No, I'm afraid you can't. Each of you will need to have your own fitbit account (with a different email address for each) other wise all the data will get merged together and you won't be able to tell what steps, calories etc were done by each of you.
If you only have the one cell phone then you will have to logoff one account and logon to the other to sync the data and see the dashboard for each account. If you each have a cell phone it will be much easier as you can leave the app logged on to the same account.
