Calories in vs out graph missing

I have a fitbit zip and was wondering..

On my phone I use to get a real-time (once synced) up to date display of my cals in vs. cals out graph. Last week I noticed that it no longer displays my current day, post sync cals in vs. calsout but only goes up to the previous day. Is there a way I can change back to where the display on the graph on my phone shows the current day's cals in vs. cals out on my bar graph again?

If I need to clarify please let me know.

Thank you for any suggestions!

Thanks for stopping by @JohnA890! I have a couple of questions to better understanding.

  • Are you not seeing your calories in tile? If you are not seeing the tile, please follow these steps to see all the available tiles on the Fitbit app
  • Or your app is not showing you the information in the tile? If so, please log out from your app and reboot your phone. Once your phone is up, please log back in.

If this is not the issue you are experiencing, please attach a screenshot of the issue you are experiencing.

Keep me posted! 😉

Hi Lucy!

Thank you for replying to my post!

Here is the screenshot of my calories in calories out graph in which the
most current day which is Thursday when I am taking this, the letter T is
highlighted in white but I cannot see the bars information for that day.
This is a recent development. Usually it would show the up-to-the-minute
sync of my Fitbit with my phone I would see my calories burned versus my
caloric intake at the time of my last sync. But that information now does
not show on the graph until the next day. This is not a huge deal, however
I did enjoy the ability to see the up to the minute stats on the calories
in calories out bar graph. Is there any way I can get back to that? And
again, sorry if this is lengthy if you need more clarification.

So far, I have tried logging in and out of my fitbit phone app as well as
clearing the cache data for the app on my android. No progress...

Thank you very much again for your reply and I am very interested to hear
your suggestions!

Thank you Lucy!

Sincerely,

John
