3rd party silicone cases for beloved Zip?

I adore my Zip! I've had it for years and it's still my absolute favorite. Sadly, this morning the plastic clip (which covers the end of the metal clip), broke off in pieces. I checked with Fitbit Customer Service on the off chance that I could buy a replacement silicone case from them (or even just that tiny clip piece), but no. 

Has anyone had any experience with the 3rd party vendors who sell Zip silicone cases, like on eBay? I'm wondering if those 3rd party cases are durable enough to handle being clipped and unclipped regularly on and off clothing.

I love my Zip so much and it's so ridiculous that they discontinued it. I don't want to give it up!

Hi @HealthyChoices  I'm currently waiting for a replacement cover from Amazon for a friend who loves her Zip. Prices range from $4.95 and up, with Amazon Prime free shipping. She's had two replacement covers and while they aren't as good as the original covers, they last a year or more. She's gotten them from different sellers, but it seems the quality of them is about the same. The best part is you can pick from a variety of colors!

Thank you, @Odyssey13  -- I appreciate your quick reply. There are some very cute ones out there, I see now! I love those fun polka dot ones. Of course this isn't considered a "priority" item by Amazon amidst COVID-19, so even with Prime shipping it's going to take a long time (3+ weeks).  I guess I better order two so that I have a spare for when the next case breaks.

It's funny that my Zip is so essential to me now.... I don't want to go a day without it!

@HealthyChoices  it took less than a week to arrive after ordering. We're in the USA. We checked and she's ordered from four different venders over the past few years. Average life is a tad over a year for them.
