My battery in my Zip was low yesterday, I changed the battery after I did my mobile app no longer will sync,
show steps, miles or whether or not the battery is good. I have tried to add the tiles back in that I am missing
but there is no option to add them (edit then + but they aren't available). I am not sure how this happened or
what to do about it. My Zip is still counting the steps.

Can I pair a device that was already paired and not lose my data? I don't have a computer with Wi Fi to
pair it to. I was using only my phone.

You can try setting up as a new device on your existing account.
