I keep having syncing problems with my zip, even though my app is up to date. The app keeps telling mt to update tracker software, but it just wont happen. Ive restarted my phone, restarted the zip, turned on and off wifi and bluetooth...but nothing. I also dont think I can use a computer because I no longer have the usb port...how do i fix this?

Please follow @EdgarFitbit's steps to update your firmware tracker. If you are still having difficulties please be so kind to reach out Customer Support. They might be able to provide assistance as soon as possible.
