App not working with zip bit

Hello I just got the zip. Been working fine. I found the app on Kindel started using it. Which is fine. My question is that I can not get the app to work on my mini iPad. Which is what I would like it on. Please help. I don't want to lose any of my steps. Today. But can't seem to get iPad app working. At all. Okay thanks. Have a great day. Bye. Becca

Hello @BeccaPreston let me give you a warm welcome to the Community!  so when you say that you can't get the Fitbit app to work on your mini iPad, do you mean that it is not syncing? 'cause if that is the problem, then I suggest you to take a look of the compatible devices list, to verify the type of iPad you have and see if it is compatible. Once you have confirmed that, please check the instruction on this post to make your tracker sync.
