Bad gateway error? What is this?

Anyone else having this? By that I mean I can't see the accumulated steps for the past week. In this case I haven't been able to for over 6 weeks!

You would have to explain exactly what you are doing to get that error to let someone duplicate it, or tell you another way to get same information.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

When I login with my information I am asked for password and name (user)
and if I want to be kept logged in. I check that I want to be kept logged
in. There is a RED ! that is on the page in the upper right side and when I
am in that same RED ! is there. Once I am out and return I have to login
again. This is not what I have been used to for as long as I have been in
the fitbit group. It has been this way for the last 6-10 weeks. Why is this
happening?

Logging in - to the Fitbit app on phone?  iOS or Android?  to the Fitbit web site?  from computer or phone?  which browser?

And you didn't mention anything about original question of bad gateway error and seeing accumulated steps for past week?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

On both iPhone and laptop the error is the inability to see the accumulated steps of the previous 7 days.
Perhaps the gateway error was just the site’s response. I don’t know.
