I have a Fitbit Zip that I haven't been able to use for quite some time now because it drains a brand new battery in a matter of 2-3 hours. What are common defects that can cause that issue? I've had this Fitbit Zip for a long time and had great times with it, and I would like to continue using it if I could

Hi @Shiqi58 my friend has a Zip that is at least eight or nine years old. The Energizer brand batteries are what works the best for that Zip. I'm not sure why you're having a problem, but ultimately any Fitbit is going to reach the end of it's life.

I’m having the same problem but I’ll see the battery life symbol flashing for low battery, I’ll check my app and it’ll say it’s at 85% so I’ll ignore it…the Fitbit will reset to battery ok….then afew days later it’ll die… then next day get an email that the battery is low.
I’ve changed it twice this week
