I've got my fitbit for a year and a half now and have constantly problems with the batteries. They never last longer than a few weeks and this time the sign says the battery is full, but my zip is dead. I'm so tired of it!
Same here...zip was under warranty so they replaced it the first time, now the replacement zip is having issues...was offered 25%discount because the warranty follows the initial purchase. Grrrr!!
