Battery at medium after using for 4 days??

Does this make sense? I've been using my zip every day and it's at medium battery? I thought the battery was supposed to last months?

Hi there @Bamelfi1122 welcome to the Community! In fact, yes it is very strange that your Zip's battery drains that quickly.

 

Please verify that there is proper contact between the battery and the battery contacts inside your Zip tracker. The process can be followed here: http://imgur.com/a/l1KwH
