My Company offered a free Zip to me last year AND a new free Zip this year. I plan to give the new one to my daughter. I didn't know that using the same e-mail for both orders would complicate this process. How do I unlink the new Zip from my e-mail and reassign it to her e-mail AND not unlink my older Zip from me?

Ordering a new one on the same email address shouldn't be a problem. WHen she sets up her new account, it just needs to be on a different email address and she can go ahead and set up the tracker, too. As it stands, the tracker shouldn't be linked to you at all, since you can't have two of the same tracker linked to one account. Good luck and let us know if thereare any problems!
