It's odd that your Zip trackers are not syncing with your Dashboard even though you have troubleshooting this issue by changing the battery. I'd like to share with you both this help article in order to get this issue fixed and have your trackers synced with your Dashboard again.

@Beyondfrustrate A warm welcome to the Community and thanks for joining us! Sorry to hear that even though you changed the battery, your Zip is not syncing properly. I'd like you to take the battery again, move the metal compartments that hold the battery and clean them with a cotton swab. After this, put the battery back in and try to sync your tracker.

Best AnswerMy zip will not sync after 2yrs of synking fine. I was told by customer service by phone that there is a on-going problem with windows synking and they are working on it. I checked back for up date by e-mail and was told all kinds of b.s. it could be this could be that, change battery, reboot, but never about on going problem. Has anyone else heard about on going sync problem with zip and windows?
