Battery key not working

So, over the course of 6 months, I lost my battery key which is understandable since it's tiny and I didn't think it was actually needed. I thought I'd be able to just use a coin or something. Well, guess what? You can't.
I have used everything I can think of to open the back cover and nothing works. It doesn't even budge.
I've literally destroyed the back cover trying to get it to come off, I used the end of a spoon and it literally pulled plastic OFF of it and it STILL hasn't come off. So I just wanted to say thank you for a $60 one-time use product and now I know that next time I think about getting a jawbone, I will get a **ahem** jawbone and save myself the trouble.

Thanks for nothing.

A warm welcome to our new friend @Sunriserunner37! It's nice to have you here! Smiley WinkHey I lost my battery door tool of my Zip one day too and what I did was that I used a super large flathead screwdrive, thin enough to fit in the slot but wide enough that it takes up at least half the slot area because the coins just slip out. Also, I'd like you to know that Fitbit doesn't sell any battery door tool but you can try to contact our Customer Support team to see what options they have for you if my recommendation doesn't works.
