Battery readings seem to be incorrect

I've been using my Zip for just under one month. Today it wouldn't sync, so I took the battery out to reset it, which worked fine. Before I took the battery out, my phone app said the battery was full, but now it is apparently empty. The website suggested I update my Zip, but it is already all up to date...Any suggestions?

@PipFord It's great to see you in the Community! It's weird that your Zip is not syncing with your Dashboard. If you already troubleshooted this issue as advised in this help article, I suggest you to contact our Customer Support team so they can investigate further and get you back on track.
