When I started losing weight I calculated my TDEE and BMR. They were 1662 and 1445 respectively. Therefore I decided that in order to lose weight I should eat about 1200 calories on a day that I do nothing. Today I bought a Fitbit, and the 'calories left' stat baffles me. At 1:13 AM it states my calories left is 1642, at this rate I can eat double my BMR or more without doing anything, and still lose weight.... That seems very unlikely, what's going on?

Thanks for joining us @hoilo! I grant you that the Food Plan can be confusing at times. However, I have found some pretty awesome posts describing and thoroughly explaining the Food Plan. This other post explains how to create or edit your already existing Food Plan. I really hope this helps. Let me know if you have any other inquiry. I'll be around! ![]()
