Can not sync zip

I can not sync my zip,  tried the reset, taking out the battery and then replacing it. No luck🙁

now, it will not sync and says, App is not compatible with the zip anymore. Come on Fitbit. i have had 8 of these things . I do not want to wear any thing on my wrist!  I am norpt alone. You have created how many fit bits? One more please!
