I cannot sync my Zip with my new Samsung S10. I can sync it with my old Samsung S6 edge; however, it is a corporate phone that I must return.
I tried syncing with my Windows 10 laptop using the Fitfit app, but that is not working either. The error I get is "Tracker Disconnected".

Try this sequence on the desktop. Do NOT pair using windows 10. If you have already paired, unpair the device. You will let fitbit app do the paring. Turn off the built in bluetooth of you computer. Run fitbit app and let it prompt you to turn on Bluetooth, turn on bluetooth and then let it do the pairing. Have the fitbit zip close to your computer obviously.
Try this on the Android device. Similar to above but it will both turn on bluetooth for you and do the pairing. So start with you zip device UNPAIRED, then turn off bluetooth then run the fitbit app and let it turn on bluetooth and do the pairing. Then sync.
