Zip won't install update on PC

I am trying to install a firmware update on a zip for my mom since her phone is not compatible with the zip. I have tried updating using the app on Windows 10 and it fails every time. It searches and find the zip, but will not move on with the update.

 

The computer has the latest windows updates. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the fitbit app on Windows 10.
