Can the step count on a Zip be adjusted?

I'm wondering if the total step count on the Zip can be adjusted?

My reason is this.  I "was" on the way to a good day insofar as my total step count was going.  Nothing great, but for me just starting out it could have been my new personal best day.  Notice I say "could have."  Why?  Because when I got back from what would have put me up there in my sount, I went intomhy pocket to get my Zip out to see just how many steps it had added only to find out I had forgotten to put it in my pocket when i changed clothes.  So, now while I'll still have an OK day, my new best it won't be, unless there is some way to adjust/edit my step count.  I've tried to find out via the help functions if/how it could be done.  No luck.  Now, I'll admit it could be there and I didn't find it, but I'll equally admit it could be my old mind.  What do you folks say?  Can it be done??

Thanks

I've had my Zip for a year, and I'll just say - no. There isn't a way to really earn those steps back. I'm not very sure, though.

Yes, you can.  I have the android app.  Go to the dashboard and click track your exercise.

Click the stopwatch in the upper right.

click Log previous

insert the type and the duration or distance and it will add in those steps.

Of course it will be approximate but will give you back yor great day!

That's so annoying when I get back from the dog walk and find the exact same thing.  I know exactly how far it is so mine is  pretty accurate either way...yes, I've done it more than once.

Good luck.

Yes but just remember Manually added steps do not go towards Challenges, Lifetime steps, or Badges
