zip won't sync

My zip has started to have problems syncing with my phone which is really frustrating as it worked great for 6 months. It won't pair without me turning off phone and rebooting zip and even then it's hit or miss. I have reinstalled the app - checked battery connectons, turned bluetooth on and off, removed and replaced battery - everything suggested in these forums but the problem continues - any ideas?

Hi @clare241, it’s good to see you in the Community. Thanks for trying some of the troubleshooting tips mentioned- it’s weird they didn’t help, though. Try checking to see if you have more than one device connected to your Bluetooth. If so, temporarily disconnect them. Also, try turning the Power Savings Mode off. Sometimes that mode can disable bluetooth.

Let me know if this works!

Hi - still having issues. I don't have power saving enabled and I tried turning off other bluetooth connections - didn't make a difference. Zip was syncing this moring but won't now. When I try to reconnect it phone either says it can't connect with zip or pairing rejected by zip. Phone is a galaxy s5 mini. Any ideas?

Hi @clare241. If you've tried the above troubleshooting steps and have replaced the battery with a new one as well and the problem still persists, then I recommend contacting support. The team there will be able to take a deeper look at what may be going on.

Hope this helps!
