Hi @clare241, it’s good to see you in the Community. Thanks for trying some of the troubleshooting tips mentioned- it’s weird they didn’t help, though. Try checking to see if you have more than one device connected to your Bluetooth. If so, temporarily disconnect them. Also, try turning the Power Savings Mode off. Sometimes that mode can disable bluetooth.

Hi @clare241. If you've tried the above troubleshooting steps and have replaced the battery with a new one as well and the problem still persists, then I recommend contacting support. The team there will be able to take a deeper look at what may be going on.
