I just connected a new fitbit today. It says there is a firmware update available but when I try to upload it, I receive an error and it will not upload the update. I've followed all of the directions and it wont work. My bluetooth is enabled. I have an active internet connection and my new Zip is on. How can I get the firmware updated uploaded?
