Re: Purchased a new Zip and cannot Set Up

I keep trying to sync my Zip but no success. Fitbit is of no help. I hope you have good luck with your new Zip. After zero customer service I'll find something else next time. Don't really want to do that as the Zip has worked for years and it's always synced. But it quit weeks ago and nothing I do works.

I have been looking for a replacement zip but the cost at the places I checked is outrageous. Mind telling me where you purchased yours?

I am searching for a new one too.... so frustrating that it's no longer sold.  Clearly there is a market for them.
