Hey! I am trying to change my old fitbit Zip to my new one. I have deleted the old Zip, so right now i have no paired devices in my account. All the user manuals have instructed to do it via Fitbit Connect. When i log in it asks: ,,which Fitbit tracker are you setting up?'', but there is no Zip option. The same happens when i try to create a new account. How can i pair my Zip to a account, is there any way to do it throgh fitbit.com dashboard? I am using windows 7 professional.

I've been having issues with my Zip too and apparently Fitbit no longer cares about handling any problems with any of their devices or apps since Google is buying them. I suppose they think it's OK to run it all into the ground and let the new firm clean up the mess. I was going to buy myself a new device while on sale for Black Friday but seeing that the apps and devices can't be depended on any longer it is now buyer beware!!

We have noticed this. My suggestion would be to borrow a phone. Install fitbit,, log into your account, setup the Zip, remove the app or log out of your account and return phone.
