Sorry if this was posted before - if so, I can't find it....
I'm unable to back up my computer because the lastest Fitbit log (which is running) prevents that process from completing. Using Kaspersky; backup to external HD; WIN 7.
Do I need to uninstall Fitbit to backup my hard drive?
