Cracked screen

I have had my zip for a week and I love it but I just looked down and the screen appears to be cracked. I'm not at all sure how this happened as I haven't done anything to it. Will Fitbit replace it or should I take it back to the store where I purchased it?

My Fitbit also has a cracked screen and I don't know what happened
