The display screen on my Fitbit is no longer displaying my data clearly though it's still working

and I can read the data on my laptop when I sync the Fitbit.  Any suggestions?

Hello @Nickyjoppa, thanks for joining us, it's great to have you on board! Smiley Happy

Has the screen started dimming recently or is it an issue that has been present for a very long time? It's possible that you might need to change the battery.  With normal use, the battery of the Zip lasts from 4 to 6 months. If the battery on your tracker is fairly new, my best recommendation would be restarting your tracker.

To restart your tracker:

  1. Open the battery door using the battery door tool and remove the battery.
  2. Wait 10 seconds.
  3. Place the battery back into the tracker with the “+” side facing up, and close the door.

In case you need to replace the battery, please open the battery door, remove the battery and place the new one. Remember that the Zip uses a  3V coin battery model CR2025.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted! Smiley Wink
